About The Program....
Our Off Season program is an 8 week program developing some of the fundamental performance pillars for the game; strength, power, speed and endurance.
The program targets all aspects of physical development, enhancing multi-directional strength, power and speed. If you've been wanting to develop that vertical jump of yours, or get better over the first 5-10 metres, then now is your opportunity.
Running loads are progressed logically throughout the eight weeks ensuring that speed endurance and repeat sprint ability are gradually developed, in addition to overall endurance.
Alongside that, the programming will adopt relevant injury prevention protocols, keeping on top of overall movement and function, but also addressing the main areas that are prone to injury.
